Quarterly results of domestic companies

Is there any provisions in the Companies Act that quarterly financial results of unlisted domestic companies (Paid up capital less than Rs.5 crores) should be placed in the Board Meeting compulsorily?

According to me NO

others views are solicited.

There is no such provisions.

There is no such compulsory provision but if the directors want they can reveiw the performance of the company in board meeting subsequent to quarter ending.
