New Form CMP 08 is declared for composition dealers and it is said that the payment of tax is to be done through this form..One of the dealer had no idea about this and has already paid tax for Apri -June 2019 quarter through old challan on 5 July 2019...How this payment made by him can be adjusted against liabilty in form CMP 08....
