If I recd a bill amounting Rs. 100000/- from my ca against his professional services than what amounts chaque I have to paid him & what tax to be deducted pls advice.
If you have received bill in which service tax and professional charges are shown seprately than you need to deduct TDS on professional charges @ 10% .
If amount of service tax is not shown separately than TDS should be deducted on total amount i.e. 100000 @ of 10%.
You need to pay cheque of balance amount remains after reducing TDS.
