Please tell me the important topics for QA. Also if anyone can recommend a good site as well as a book for mathephobics ... (phewwwwwwww........) I left maths early in acedemics and now I'm regretting it...

Is it ok If i study only from the study material provided from ICAI.. or is there some other books that can be suggested....

the study material of ICAI is sufficeient fr studies..no need to go here n there..

u jst cmplete ur ICAI books along wd sample papers provided along wd that

Start prep from the last chapter onwards of the study mat of ICAI and proceed toward the first.....Differentiation and Integration are tough topics , Diff is still ok but my suggestion is that u leave integration as in integration after solving 100 ques there is no guarantee that u will solve the 101 th ques of exam..............Best of Luck 4 Exams

if u really want to start maths.....start with..permutaion n combination...,probablity..,sets...,n ap n gp....

paper will b packed with these chapters only....

Hi,

Due to some personal reasons I couldn't go for Dec 09 attempt... I'm now giving june ' 10 attempt.

Shivam plz give the short cuts u mentioned.

Hi Maria,

Regarding QT subject, I adivse you to purchase S.P.Gupta & P.K. Gupta (QT) book, as you have lot of time. It is very easy to understand particularly if u r not frm maths background, it will really helps you becoz solved answers are given for each chapter in large number. Regarding other subjects, institute material is more than enough. At last prepare model test papers provided by institute. By strictly following these i am sure you can easily score 150+ marks. I wish u all the very best.
