what are the minimum qualification to practice as an income tax practitioner? and how to get registered for the same

ITPs are those who can appear as Authorized Representatives (A/R) for other assessee's.
Though I am not very conversant as ITPs are not seen very much, but to begin with you may refer Rule 50, 51, 53, 54 etc for an idea. I think there are some forms 39/40 etc which enables one to practice as ITP.
