Why there is new GSTR 3b Box for quarterly return with monthly return due dates ?,.
is there is anything we need or can do in Jan and Feb-21 return in GSTR 3b Box ? it's QRPM scheme holders scenario.

No you need to file only March Gstr 3b . there is technical error that 's why it is shown jan and Feb gstr3b

You need to file GSTR-3B only at the end of the quarter in QRMP scheme
