Query 1:-If goods are confiscated and all penalties,taxes have to be paid under sec 129 has been paid...now whether we have to file gstr3B and gstr1 for the same goods???
Query 2:- f yes,then how Gstr3B would be filed as the tax has already been paid and if we file gstr3B then tax has to be paid again?? Recipient can claim GST input?
please help on this matter.

We have a constitutional power,if tax paid on goods.The tax only may b shown in 3 B.
It will b flow,when goods reached to the ultimate customer.
