PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading provider of advisory and tax services in the world, has once again being named winner in the 2008 Global Knowledge Awards. Senior executives from leading global companies in the world had chosen PricewaterhouseCoopers as a leader in the MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises) study.
As one of twenty-four companies to become a finalist, PricewaterhouseCoopers has won a place in 2008 Global Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises ‘Hall of Fame’. The names of twenty winners of 2008 Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises awards were declared by Teleos – an independent knowledge management and capital research company.
Senior executives of Fortune 500 companies selected PricewaterhouseCoopers in the 10th position, ahead of Ernst & Young. PwC is also in the company of few top ten winners such as Microsoft, Apple, Toyota, and Royal Dutch Shell. KPMG and Deloitte were not been named winners this year.
PricewaterhouseCoopers won the MAKE award for the 7th time, and was recognized for its capability of transforming knowledge and understanding into value for its customers. Moira Elms, PricewaterhouseCoopers’ global knowledge sponsor, says of the ranking:” Although the climate is tough, PwC has continued to invest and grow its knowledge capabilities; it is a top priority for us.”
