I want to ask that i m selected in both PWC and DELOITTE mumbai both audit,im little confused wich one to chosse..tell me about leave and all criteria in both the firms...
plz help me in this reagard..

congrats Pankaj, What i know is that Big 4 give 90 days leave for both the groups and 45 days if u are giving one group. both at IPCC and final level.
Can u make us a favour ,pls tell how u got selected in both the firms , I also wanna be part of Big 4.

for deloitte,i personally submitted ma resume and
for pwc,mail on shraddha.shah @ in.pwc.com

leaves and work pressure is almost da same in bth the firms....
bt i would say join PwC.....coz it has a better brand name globally...

Globally PwC is a btter brand name & in Mumbai PwC has more MNC clients & good work culture.

join deloitte..coz PwC always in controvery be it satyam case or OBC Bank case..we don't know it may happen 2morrow ICAI get the power to ban even the whole firm rather just the partners..then PwC will be in trouble..ebven deloitte is good ..however the learning not depends on brand name or so..learning is much more in medium sized firms then Big 4..
