IF A PVT. LTD. COMPANY ITR NOT FILLED BEFORE DUE DATE THEN WHAT SHALL BE THE INTEREST/PENALTY

No penalty will charged by the income tax department for late filing of return. Interest is charged only of tax payable after the due date of depositing tax.
