If your company has only WTD then salary would be 5% of the net profit

WTD is executive director.
thus, if company has only one executive director, then 5% of net profit.
and, if company has more than one executive director, then 10% of net profit.
thus, if company has only one executive director, then 5% of net profit.
and, if company has more than one executive director, then 10% of net profit.

well section 197 of Companies act 2013 is not applicable on pvt co as per 5 june 2015 notification
