minimun and maximum number of members in pvt and public company.?

Pvt (OPC ) - Have only One member
Other Pvt Co - Min.2 ,Max.200
Public Company - Min. 7 - Max. Infinite
Director in OPC( Min.1 )
Other Pvt Co.( Min.2)
Public Co.(Min.3)
Max No. of director (15)
A director can hold directorship in max.20 cos (may be reduce by members by passing special resolution), In which Max.10 in public co.(deemed public -Subsidiary of Public co)
Other Pvt Co - Min.2 ,Max.200

Hi Shailesh, Note that for the purpose of counting this 200 number, we should not include present and former employees who are also members. Moreover, more than two persons who own shares jointly are treated as a single member. The above two are exceptions to the max limit of 200. So, the above two members are not included in the 200 Limit.
