If you want to make a career in Financial Management, it is very good especially if you are looking for job outside India.
If you want to make a career in Taxation you may find CIMA irrelevant.

You know your strengths and weaknesses.
You have to find out yourself, what are effective ways.
You can do CIMA after completing your CA.Do one course at a time that would look better. You will get some exemptions in CIMA, you have to check.

I would recommend you to cima only after completing CA and gaining some industry exp as u will get a complete idea what to do either cima or other course based on your career path

I think if u really want to pursue any supplementary course then yes u can give a shot at the first level of cima . but try to focus and complete CA in first attempt beleive me that is enough to get a good job in Indian scenario.
