Does a student face difficulties in getting job if he has completed CA without doing Bcom?

No it's not so. But one should have one bachelor degree.

why to complete after CA ?
Subjects are almost same, u can do it side by side. College don't require regular attendance, just visit for exams.

No the thing is the student is pursuing Bcom but is 2 year behind....

Suggest you to do bcom either now or in future but still do it.. just a personal suggestion.

Frankly speaking once you are CA, no one cares for Bcom degree. But pls note its always advisable to do Bcom i.e to have a bachelor's degree in your hand. It doesnt matter whether you do before, during or after CA. Its better if you do. You have easy options like IGNOU. They have a special Bcom course for CA students.
