if a registered person purchases goods or services from URD. where should be show the details of the particular transaction in GSTR-3B ?
is there section 11 of cgst act 2017 apply on such transactions ?

Yes ... as of today such inward supplies cover under Exempted Purchases . Report it Under Table 5 of 3b
where it is written as exempted ??
