A registerer dealer of UP purchase goods from MP
of ra 40 lakh , now he wanted to return tha said goods . So what will be treatment in gst and tax laibiltiy,input?

This depends upon what was sales date
if sales is between 01.01.2017 to 30.06.2017 and now dealer wants the purchase return then sales invoice should be raised by dealer and supplier will booked as purchase in GSTR II
