you have to reverse the itc availed by you on such purchases in 3b in the column "itc reversal".......

less the sales return value and GST amount with sales value and GST respectively

The Credit note related GST Tax will be less in Purchasing Tax. So, You have nil purchase then wait and show it in next month return...

You can show under itc reversed i .e under table 4b..
