I had purchased interstate in jun18 of Rs. 55000/- due to quality I have returned Rs. 45000/- amount of goods returned in aug18 with IGST. I used ITC in June . how to adjust in gstr 3b in aug18. should Supplier issue credit note to me and Debit note to him.
