A person wants to buy a property for rs 22 lacs he has all white money but the seller wants a registry of only 4 lacs and balance in cash... what is the solution for it? How will the purchaser pay the money keeping his money white?

Pay 4 Lac by cheque and rest in cash. prepare sale deed for only 4 lac.

bt i think then the white money of 18 lacs which we will pay in cash will b cnverted to black money
