Is it allowable for a partnership firm to purchase an electric vehicle and claim deduction under section 80EEB ?

No, this deduction is only available for individuals.

80EEB specifies that it is available for business purpose & the person who is purchasing the vehicle is holding 90%shares in the firm ... @ ca puja sharma

As per 80EEB Only individual can avail Deduction in respect of interest paid on loan taken for the purchase of electric vehicle and no other person.
hence partnership firm can not avail deduction.
