Now he purchased his stocks from registered dealers as well as unregistered dealers.
What will be the treatment of purchases which is purchased from unregistered dealer?

You have to pay tax on purchase from unregiatered dealer on reverse charge basis.

No credit of tax available if you are in composition scheme.
