I HAVE READ ABOUT THE STEPS FOR CONVERTING PROPRIETORSHIP IN TO PVT. LTD CO., THIS IS A COMPLICATED CASE.

purchase shares of existing share holders. Keep in mind that atleat 2 share holders should be there

You have to just take up all the shares or get yourdelf in a substantial position in such a way that you can influence the companys decision making process...
like for about 51% of shares you have to purchase from those members who hold the shares....
