I purchased computer and weighing scale but till not yet they filed n not reflecting in my GSTR 2A I have purchased bills shall I claim ITC ???

As per new notification you may claim 20% ITC ..
balance after reflecting in 2A

then ask Your supplier to upload the same invoice on portal and as you have invoices then take ITC

As per new notification you have claim fully reflected ITC in GSTR2A+20% non reflecting ITC.

i filed GSTR-1 & GSTR3B up to to July 2019 but after that continuous months aug2019 & sep2019 not showing in dash board how can i file aug & sep 2019 months
