Dear Sir,
if we purcahse goods from Walmart Best price wholesale company under Tax invoice with our gst Number as for
labour welfare or business promotion expenses items like busicuit, tea, coffee ,Cold drinks, food items ,now the question arise can we take GST ITC in our books or the GST charge in bill will be not iligible for ITC.

As per Sec 17(5) no ITC available for food & beverages......

Then also no exempetion available as it is clearly memtioned in sec 17
