From 13-10-2017 :
No need to pay tax Under RCM basis...
From 1st July to 12th October 2017 :
Yes... You ll be pay tax under RCM basis and you can't get any ITC...
from 13th Oct., in case of reverse charge sec. 9(4) , GST is not applicable.
