purchase from unregistered party
One of my client want to purchase goods worth 30000/- from a unregistered party .pl guide

Right now reverse charge on purchase from unregistered party is suspended till 31.03.2018
so no need to pay GST under reverse charge fro purchase from unregistered person, reverse charge mentioned specifically will remain to be continued
evenif if inter state purchase no need to raise EWB
it cant be interstate supply cause unregistered person cant make interstate supply .
What about limit of 20 lakhs for compulsory registration
see the rules ...
