If you are registered then rcm will be applicable regardless of amount.
means no exemption of small amount . rcm applicable from minimum amount to highest

No exemption. Moreover you will the recipient will have to issue an invoice at the time of receipt of goods or services and take credits. Payment voucher also needs to be issued at the time of payment.
