yes even composite dealers are also liable to pay tax under RCM if they purchased from unregistered dealers , input is not allowed,
but as per 22nd GST meeting RCM is deferred to 31st March 2018.

Yes. rcm applicable to composition dealer for the purchase URD inwards...

But, As per 22nd GST council meeting is suspended the URD related inwards under RCM...

What if a Composition dealer purchase of value less than Rs 5000 a day from unregistered dealer ? In such case he need not to pay under RCM ?

No Need to pay tax under RCM basis less than 5k Inward supplies from URD by A CD....(July to Sep 17)*

o Also Inwards from the URD related activity rule of RCM is suspended on 22nd GST Council Meeting...

So, RCM is not applicable from 01st October....
