Purchase form Unregister Dealer. What to do ?. Is it come under Reverse Charge?. & How do we record the Invoice?

SECTION 9(4) of the CGST Act 2017 has been amended vide CGST ( AMENDMENT ) Act 2018.
Now, RCM will be applicable only if you purchase notified specific goods from Unregistered Dealer .
Till now the government has notified some goods related to the Real Estate Sector.
If your good is not notified, then show it as an EXEMPT PURCHASE in your GSTR-3B.
