sir, what is tax treatment for goods purchased from sez ?, it's exempted or receipent pay tax on rcm basis?
pls explain procedure sir?

Any supply from SEZ Unit to DTA shall be treated as Imports

Hence its treated as import & RCM is to be done by Recepient

sir RCM is suspended still 30/9/2019 so there is a provision to pay tax

the RCM suspended is the services cover under section 9(4) & Supply from Sez to DTA is treated as Import , hence RCM is applicable

whether sez dealer issue tax invoice or sales value at invoice bill, he impose igst or cgst and that on taxable sales ?
suppose rcm what is rate sir?

Yes will issue Invoice but do charge GST

Sorry , sez unit will issue the Invoice But do NOT Charge GST. Rate of RCM will be the rate of goods /Services possess
