Normal GST registered dealer purchases good from composite GST dealer
1) Is he liable to pay RCM on inputs from composite dealer ?
2) 1% composition tax can be availed as ITC ?

1) Composition supplier is also registered person
2) NO RCM applicable
3) No credit of 1%
