Purchase from an unregistered dealer.
How to purchase from a unregistered dealer. As he cannot collect GST. Could he issue invoices? Do we have to collect any kind of invoice from unregistered dealer?

URD purchase is taxable under RCM.need to issue self invoice with tax for URD purchase . tax payment has to be made and same is eligible as ITC.
URD Dealer only can issue bill of supply not tax invoice.
based on bill of supply of URD. need to raise self invoice with applicable GST
