i aM registered person under GST..now I want to purchase from outside state..interstate purchase...
but supplier unregistered..
so how can i do thi transaction ???

A URD person can't sale his goods to Other State...
so register person can go in other state and now can he buy??
YES THE SUPPLIER HAS TO SHOW AS LOCAL SALES

Yes... He (registered person) can go to other state and will buy goods.
But., He is treated URD in that state...

He can show as interstate URD purchases.
As there is no gst registration from the seller, the buyer can himself raise a purchase inward supply invoice.

After he sell his goods then it's his sales. Sales is made anyway for cash or credit...
