purchase by composition person
A composition dealer purchased goods from a registered dealer after payment tax on tax invoice but that registered dealer did not file return nor deposited any tax, what would be effect of this on composition dealer who purchased goods from him

NO EFFECT ,BUT COMPOSITION DEALER SHOULD FILE GSTR AND KEEP MAINTAIN HIS ACCOUNT BOOK
