Sir, We are contractors and we got Order from Bokaro. Our Sales tax registration with Jharkhand we placed an order to a supplier in Chhattisgarh. The supplier further placed Order to a Haryana supplier. Materials directly delivered to Bokaro. The Chhattisgarh supplier has submitted Invoice to us against Form-C and Form-EII basis. Can we further sell the materials on VAT within Jharkhand? please clarifiy.

Yes you can sell by charging Vat since it is sale within state.
