in punjab and chandigarh u hve to file quarterly return in vat 15 with annexure vat 18,19,23,14 if u hve sale below 1 crore. in last fy year. and if you hve sale above one crore u hve to file monthly return in vat 16 , now you can file ur return online, and vat20 (annual return)after audit of accounts. in november.
