In the beginning u can publish e-magazine, with less capital investment you can reach to millioms from your place.

Thanx a lot Vaibhavji for your reply.But we want specifically paper magazine to be
published since there a lot of people who still are not much conversant with the emagazines.
So we particularly want to know the processs of registration.Since this is particularly
a student activity they cant afford and cost elascation
Further views are awaited.

For raising finance you can approch sponsors who can publish add in your magazine.
You can approch small entrepreneurs/firms for sponsoring, alos you can collect fund online!!
