Public limited company had made application for condonation of delay in holding agm.
the RD imposed penalty and has asked to make payment within 10 days. the company has not rrceived copy of order yet !! how do we proceed to pay penalty ?

Communicate with RD with all case details, to get order copy , without ORDER INC 28 cant be filed and penalty also ..
