Ptec (professional tax) paid twice..how can i get a refund?

Hello, 

While making the professional tax payment for the year 16-17 and 17-18, I accidently made the payment of the year 16-17 twice. I now have two challans for the year 16-17.

Is there a way I can claim a refund?
