Is PTEC applicable to a person who is foreigner and a partner of a LLP and is PTC applicable to a LLC form in a foreigne and has its 99% stake in LLP in India

PTEC (Professional Tax Enrollment Certificate) is a state-level tax that is applicable to individuals engaged in professions such as doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants, and others. The applicability of PTEC would depend on the state in which the LLP or LLC is registered, and the rules and regulations of that state with regard to PTEC.
