Yes, PTEC is mandatory for all who are engaged in business or Profession.
If you are registered under GST but PTEC Registration not taken, than you might get notice to register under PTEC.
If you are registered under GST but PTEC Registration not taken, than you might get notice to register under PTEC.
No Ptec is not mandatory as per the GST. I got a notice fir not provide ptec, i replied "We are not registered with and are not liable to register".and got registration
