my profile is more about Financial Planning . i wil also look into the controlling thing little bit.
That means variance analysis, MIS, P&L a/c. and budgets aspects and other related aspects.
Controling means pure accounting thing.
May i knw ur future goal based on that go for Bank job or manfacturing concern n is that manfacturing company is big or small co.

Yes you are correct. in off campus it is tough to get the job in manufacturing concern as a fresher.
But think about it. it is your life.
if in PSU if it is credit analysist then it is ok. u can go ahead. or else some wht boring.

Reject or accept the offer that is ur wish. becoz it is ur life.
but it is very difficult to get the job in big manufacturing concern in off campus.
Quetions - IFRS, Amendemtns in DT n IDT, Budgets and DTC n GST others.
Think twice before rejecting the offer.
If you have good reference then no problem you can easily get the job in man. concerns

Hi,
Seems you are confused over PSU work style and PVCO. work style...
I am currently attached with a PSU (not a bank).
In very short , I can say that:
Benefits in PSU:
i) PSU life is very cool and minimal work pressure.
ii) Will get ample time for your self and your family and other studies.
iii) Job security.
Major demerits of PSU:
i) you will be outdated in terms of technology and recent updations in economic sceneriao.
ii) You will lag behind comparision to your counterpart in terms of package and technological upgradation few year later.
iii) You will not be willing to move to any pvt sector once u work with a PSU for 3-4 years...because you will be addicted to such environment of easyness and non competeness.
But this is to be noted that not every PSU is like that.. maharatna are known as MNC's of PSU.
It dependes from whish PSU you have got offer.
Lastly I would like to say, manufacturing sector is far better than any other sector. You will have a batter exposure.

RJ

I agree with Ritesh.
But, it depends on you which type of job you want.
First check your desire and requirement
Then check the PSUs where you want to join
you may also visit that bank and talk with them (In any branch)
If you got job in manufacturing co (PSU) then it is best.
