I want to know , signature of shareholders is required in case of alteration of objects clause of the MOA OF the company.

For Alteration of Object Clause of MOA you need to follow the below mentioned procedure
1. Board Meeting
2. EGM to pass Special Resolution which requires accent of minimum 75% shareholders ( signature is not actually required)
3. File MGT-14
