Can anybody tell me the provisions as in the time limit and all for filing the miscellaneos application. I am not really getting it anywhere.

Actually its a excise matter and now we hav to go to high court and there are rules for that CESAT rule 1982 if m not worng. so under this i wanted the provisions of filing Miscellaneous application. The order was passed ex parte
Its time limit and all other provisons relating to the Misc. Apllication
