Hi,
When I login to ICAI examination portal, it was showing Dato of Birth mismatch. Thats why my Exam form showing provisional. How can I Correct this?

Make an application for correction of DOB along with relevant proof like birth certificate or school leaving certificate to ICAI and send to new delhi
