Does anyone have any idea about how should i go about withdrawl of my PROVIDENT FUND from my previous employers. I have the sufficient PROVIDENT FUND A/C Details on my salary slip??

just write a simple letter addressing the employer stating your employee number or provident fund number (it may be written on your salary slip. search it from there). describe the amount you want to withdraw and submit this letter to your employer. you may keep a photocopy of your letter which you can get signed from employer and can keep it as a proof of submission of letter. your emplyoer will have to do the further proceedings and he is bound to pay you such money.
however, some big companies follow some procedures which includes filing a pre-formatted form for withdrawl of deposits of PF. so, you have to look after the rules and procedures of your previous employer.

i completely agree with you sir. but isn't it the responsibility to fill form 19 is on employer, and employee has to just sign it. correct me if i am wrong.
