1. What is the minimum Basic Salary allowed in the Provident Fund Act
2. Whether defination of Wages is applicable as per Minimum Wages Act.
3. In minimum Wages totol emoluments which can be computed in terms of money is Wages.
4. In minimum Wages Rate of Salary is defined and special allowance of the period to be added and if your total salary/wages is beyound the rate of wages as above then splitting is allowed.
5. If the answer of the 4th question is Yes then there is no legal bar to fix basic Wages at any amount.
6. Whether there is any legal provision to fix PF @ 50% of total salary.
7. In this regard i need relevant case laws if possible kindly post me the sale at the earliest.
