Are there any fixed ratio for Basic+D.A.+H.R.A. for P.F. Calculation ? How many allowances under covered in P.F. ? Can We exclude Those employees who is getting higher salary while calculating P.F. ?

There is rule for every state for minimum wages act as per act there is 60% minimum basic salary to be allocated balance 40% will be other allowances
