An employee resigned from an org.
He is no longer require his PF account and want to withdraw the same.
For this purpose we(Org) have to mark him as "EXIT" in EPFO .
For this purpose what can be given as the exit Reason..

1. Retirement
2. Superannuation
3. Cessation(short service?
...

Generally it should be retirement if an employee resign.

If the exit date entered by company/Organisation then the employee can withdraw using UAN login & aadhaar- based otp withdrawal online request.It may take 14working to Settle the pay by field officer assigned..
