Sign in to the UAN Member Portal with your UAN and Password.

From the top menu bar, click on the ‘Online Services’ tab  and select ‘Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)’ from drop down menu.

The next page will show Member Details, KYC Details and Service Details. Click the ‘Proceed for Online Claim’ button.

You will be redirected to the Claims Section. Here you will find more details such as PAN, Mobile Number, UAN, etc. Choose the type of claim- withdraw PF only or withdraw pension only.

Fill out the claim form carefully. Once completed, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which, when entered in the form, will initiate the withdrawal claim. When the claim form is successfully submitted, an SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.Once the claim is processed, the amount will be transferred into your bank account.

Form 19 form is be filled to withdraw the entire accumulated PF amount which is also known as ‘final settlement’. You need to fill your personal details and employment details such as your date of leaving, reason of leaving services, date of joining services, PAN, UAN and Aadhaar Number, bank account details, full postal address, etc.

Date of exit also required in online process (its employer process)

Please submit attached PF form along with form 15G and cancelled cheque/1st page of your bank passbook

It means all process is online no need go PF office ?

for online procedure u need to submit your all KYC- PAN, Aadhar, Bank details (employer authorisation required)

date of exit which is submitted by employer only. afterwards u will be able  withdraw your PF

For offline process is it required employer clearance certificate. Because Notice period as provided by employer not followed by employee so clearance certificate is vary difficult what i do Sir.

No need of any clearance certificate even if your aadhar no linked with UAN than no need of employer signature also

If I submit form  It means no need to online application ? I confused Sir.

2 type form issue by epfo. 1 for non aadhar which is employer signature required 2nd for aadhar which is not required of employer signature.. If you submit physical form than no need to online apply

Thank You Sir for valuable time & information thanks again.

Welcome

Everything online possible only if previous employer set your DOE (Date of Exit) correctly in the UAN portal, along with any PF contributions for previous months.

Nowdays a new rule has come up. You cannot withdraw or transfer your PF till 90 days of your job loss.

75% can be withdrawn a little earlier. Full PF withdrawal and Full PF transfer only done after 90 days.
